The essence of the project is to purchase used wind turbines and transport them from Europe for subsequent installation and operation.

The project involves the construction of a power plant with a capacity of 4 MW, consisting of two wind turbine units of 2 MW each.

The generation will be carried out by two units using wind power.

The project is planned to be implemented in several interconnected and parallel stages, namely: land management work, project development, preparatory work, construction work, acquisition, delivery, and installation of equipment, obtaining necessary permits and documentation, commissioning, and electricity generation.

The commissioning is planned for the 3rd quarter of 2024.
