Project Overview

A kindergarten, lyceum, and sports complex located on the territory of a large modern comfort-class residential complex in Kyiv, which encompasses 4,900 apartments. Six buildings have already been commissioned. According to the general plan for the district, the construction of 8 new large residential complexes is planned by 2035.The plot area is 1.3 hectares. The location of the facility is 4,500 m² (first phase).The implementation period is slated for 2025-2026.

    In Ukraine, only 2% of schools are private, indicating a significant potential for growth in this sector. The private school market is forecasted to grow by 10% by 2035. The potential market in Kyiv is approximately 25,000 students, with the greatest demand for new schools observed in the Osokorky, Pozniaky, and Akademmistechko areas.
    The lyceum and kindergarten have a permanent operator, ensuring continuous cash flows from the project. The occupancy rate from the first year of opening is 70%.
    The lyceum team consists of 234 professionals, including 17 educational managers, and 182 qualified teachers, 15% of whom have the status of national-level educational experts, and 5% are laureates of prestigious national teaching awards.
    Achievements of the lyceum students include:
    ● 100% of graduates are admitted to universities.● The average score on the international IELTS English language exam is 6.5.● Since 2021, students have received scholarship offers from Western universities and colleges totaling over $2 million.● 90% of lyceum students participate in various competitions and contests annually, with 17 winners in city olympiads, 19 winners in city and national MAN competitions, and 3 winners in international olympiads and scientific contests.
