Project Overview

The residential complex is located in a picturesque forest area of Kyiv region, near the Dnipro River, promising an ideal blend of nature and modern comfort.
With a total construction area of 130 hectares, the complex will feature extensive infrastructure and comfortable living conditions for residents.
The complex will consist of 10 sections, with construction of the first section starting in the third quarter of 2024. The entire construction is planned to be completed by the first quarter of 2027.
