  • Project description

Given the threats to the safe operation of the nuclear power plant (NPP) and the lack of proper equipment and conditions in the existing emergency department, it is necessary to reconstruct the hospital's emergency department into an emergency medical service unit.

Establishing a modern emergency medical department will ensure the medical service's readiness to operate under conditions involving mass casualty factors or industrial accidents, as well as the medical staff's prompt and professional response to emergencies.

The reconstruction project for the emergency department includes improvements for accessibility for people with reduced mobility, the installation of a backup power source, and enhancements in energy efficiency and safety.

The population in the relevant area where the project is being implemented is 53,979 people in the urban territorial community and 138,751 people in the district center. The project aims to reconstruct the emergency department and its subsequent operation through public-private partnership (PPP) mechanisms.
